Ernest Miller Hemingway Born July 21, 1899. He was short and to the point, a mans man in every sense. I could not see him as the old man he saw himself to be. No one word can describe or contain him. He was a Journalist; War correspondent, war hero, patriot, writer, author, Pulitzer Prize winner, Nobel Peace prize recipient, husband, lover, father, sportsman, fisherman, hunter, adventure, friend and pilot. Any other man would be satisfied with just one of these titles, but to his own end, he could not be satisfied. He committed suicide July 2, 1961
